Personal data processing policy

This policy sets out how ТОО «Travel Point» (the Company) processes the personal data of users of travelpoint.kz (the Website) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”. The Russian version is legally binding.

What data we collect

Your name, phone number, trip details (destination, dates, number of travellers, budget, wishes) and technical data: the source of your visit (UTM tags), IP address, browser type and cookies.

Why

To contact you, find and book a tour, and improve the Website and our advertising.

How we store and share it

Data is stored on a secure server and is available only to Company employees. To book a tour, data may be shared with the tour operator. Technical data may be processed by analytics and advertising services (including Meta).

Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a form on the Website, you consent to the processing of your personal data. To withdraw consent or request deletion, email travel.point@mail.ru or call +7 777 695 22 99.
